MOSCOW, Oct 25 (PRIME) -- President Vladimir Putin has ordered the government to draft measures until November 1 to neutralize the risks that Russia could face due to the energy crisis in Europe, the Kremlin said in a statement on Monday.
“The government of the Russian Federation … should draft an array of measures to neutralize the risks of the negative consequences forming in the Russian Federation from deficit of energy in the countries of Europe, including destabilization of the markets of nitrogen fertilizers, metals products, and food,” the statement read. ”The deadline is November 1, 2021.”
